Court Reservation types & how they work:

• Doubles - This reservation is for 4 players and is available to book anytime a court is open. You can reserve up to 3 hours on a single reservation (2 hours during peak times)
• Singles - This reservation is for 2 players and is available to book anytime a court is open. You can reserve up to 3 hours on a single reservation (2 hours during peak times)
• Personal Drill Session with Ball Machine - This 1 hour reservation is for 1 player and requires rental of a ball machine. Personal Drill Sessions are not able to be booked during peak hours*

*Peak hours are 9am - Noon and 5-7pm daily

Cancellation window for courts, events and lessons is 24 hours before start time. Cancellations within the 24 hour window are non refundable (applies to guests only since members currently do not have any court fees).

Remote access lock for front door of Dink Tank is now active. You will get a pin code upon making a reservation. The pin code will be active to open the door 30 minutes before your reservation start time. You can see this pin code in your member portal under reservations! New pin codes are sent for each reservation.

Player Match Maker Reservations (Open Reservations)

• You can create open matches by going to Reservations, Book a Court, Choose time, choose reservation type, at set up your desired options, click on "Is Open Reservation"
• You can also use this option to create "private" match where you will create a password and only players you provide the password to will be able to join that private reservation.
• You can look for Open Matches to Join in your portal by clicking Reservations, Open Reservations!
• Any Open Reservations that do not fill up within 8 hours of start time will be automatically cancelled and that court time will be released back to open play scheduling.
